Reduced Relative clauses

• The destruction of towns, the destruction which was/is done of towns (depending on the tense, time and so on)
the destruction of town during Ukraine and Russian war is a very important means of battle technique for the Russians.
• The man in the taxi (reduced relative clause) [the man who is in the taxi].
These two have exactly the same surface concept.
• The building made of concrete, the building which is made of concrete
• The girl of 15 …the girl who is 15

This is not actually a special category; it is simply an example of where a prepositional phrase which in most cases can be clearly shown as a reduced relative clause is acting in an adjectival sense with regards to destruction. These are a special category of reduced relative clauses.
